Do we need Faculty Development Program?
Faculty is the backbone of our institution. A seminary can stand without buildings but not without faculties.
One of most vital aspects of our institution and goal is
faculty development. The need for continued efforts to support our faculty
development program is extremely high. The Faculty Development Program (FDP),
with its programs designed for new, as well as more experienced, faculty
remains a central component of our priorities. Faculty development is key for
fostering the growth of individuals in their academic career and development of
the school.
Faculty development must remain a high priority within the next ten years. It is essential that FDP must be fully supported to expand and improve its faculty development activities and its grant supported programs. With this, I must continue to solicit your support and participation in this worthy program.
